Aunt Jackie was finally able to come over last week and spend a little quality time with Evie after suffering a bad cold since the holidays. Evie can't wait to spend more time with her!









Grandma Carolyn arrived last Friday and has been a huge help to both me and Erik. We were able to get some much needed rest over the weekend, with Mom taking the night shifts. I can almost string together a coherent sentence... almost. Here are some shots of Evie with Grandma Carolyn and with Nana & Papa from when they were in NYC after Christmas.











Considering that all she does is eat and sleep, Evie reveals new things about herself every day. She has an array of different faces that she makes and has a real talent for prolonging her wake up routine for up to an hour. She does what looks like Tai Chi with her arms as she stretches herself awake. Although, much of the time she just goes back to sleep. I tried to capture some of this in the video attached. For now, Evie continues to excel in squeaking and squirming, which is enough to keep us enthralled.
