Evie has been working on her motor control and dexterity the last couple of weeks. She has started to reach for objects and grab them rather than just swat at them with closed fists. Despite this new development she still spends plenty of time with her dukes up.
Evie has also started showing an understanding of cause and effect while we play during belly time. She waits for me to stack blocks so that she can knock them over.
Another new thing that Evie has started doing during belly time is push herself with her legs all the way over the boppy pillow. She face plants onto her blanket and continues to want to crawl. She certainly has the leg strength to crawl, but can just barely get up on her elbows.
