We were delighted to see Erik's Grandparents, Keith & Eileen, who live in Lincoln. As you may have guessed, Evie's middle name is in honor of her Great-Grandma. They picked us up at the airport in Omaha and were great sports during the drive. Evie was less than happy to be strapped into a carseat after an already long day. She was much better company during our visit the second day.
Evie got to meet her Aunt Joci as well. We missed Uncle Chuck because he was stuck on a train outside Kansas City. Evie was kindly outfitted by Joci with a Harley Davidson onesie and socks, which is standard issue attire for every young relative of Chuck.
